Factoyer helps you organise household bills, documents and building communication. This policy explains what data we collect, why, where it is stored and what rights you have.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, language preference and the plan you choose.
- Content you add: bills, documents, payment details you enter, building posts and messages.
- Form submissions: messages sent via the contact form and enquiries sent via the investor page, including the fields you fill in.
- Technical data: basic usage and error logs needed to operate and secure the service.
Why we use it
- To provide the product: storing and organising your bills, documents and building communication.
- To respond to you: contact and investor enquiries are stored so we can reply and follow up.
- To process payments: subscription billing is handled by our payment provider.
- To improve reliability: diagnosing errors and keeping the service secure.
Who processes your data
- Cloud hosting and database: our application and database run on Lovable Cloud infrastructure.
- Email delivery: transactional emails (confirmations, notifications) are sent through Lovable's email infrastructure.
- Payments: Stripe processes subscription payments; we never store your full card details.
- Address autocomplete: Google Maps services may be used to suggest addresses.
- AI processing: uploaded bills and receipts may be analysed by AI models to extract details you can review.
What we never do
- We do not sell your data.
- Neighbours in your building never see your bills, documents, salaries or bank details.
- Investor and contact enquiries are visible only to the Factoyer team, never publicly.
Retention
- Account and product data is kept while your account is active.
- Contact and investor enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up conversation.
- You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@factoyer.ch.
Your rights
- You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data.
- Every non-essential email includes an unsubscribe link.
