Now welcoming early-stage investor conversations

Every home has bills. We see a bigger opportunity.

Factoyer starts with a practical household problem: keeping bills, documents and shared responsibilities organised. Our ambition is to build a trusted platform that connects more of everyday life around the home.

The beta is built. The next chapter is about validating adoption and developing the broader opportunity.

An everyday problem, still spread across separate tools.

Household bills arrive through different channels. Documents get scattered. Responsibilities are shared, but access should not always be. Conversations about the building happen somewhere else again.

Factoyer brings these everyday needs into a workspace organised around the home.

Bills and documents

Invoices arrive by post, email and portals — and pile up in different places.

Private and shared responsibilities

Some costs are personal, others are shared — and access should reflect that.

Building communication

Notices, questions and neighbours' conversations live somewhere else again.

More than an idea. A product to explore.

Factoyer's beta combines household bill organisation and address-based building communication. Core workflows have been exercised during development, with external adoption still to be validated.

Our vision

Beyond bill management. A bigger role in everyday life.

Bills are the starting point. The ambition is to make Factoyer a trusted connection between households and the services they use every day.

We envision less manual administration, more connected experiences and clearer control for the user — with potential beyond the initial Swiss use cases.

We are looking for investors who can see that broader possibility and help us turn it into a business built for scale.

The detailed roadmap and expansion strategy are shared in private investor discussions.

A starting model. A clear next step.

Business model

Free building communication introduces users to Factoyer. Paid plans provide additional tools for personal bill management, households, landlords and agencies.

Stage

As of 13 October 2026, Factoyer is at the beta and early-validation stage. The next priorities are reliable onboarding, successful sharing, repeat usage and willingness to pay.

Explore the opportunity while the next stage is taking shape.

The product provides a concrete starting point. The next stage is where customer evidence, commercial focus and the right partnerships can shape its direction.

An early conversation is an opportunity to understand the product, challenge the assumptions and explore where your capital, experience or network could add value.

Product reliability and user validation

Sharpening onboarding, repeat usage and the evidence that households keep coming back.

Customer acquisition and a repeatable commercial model

Turning a working beta into a focused, measurable growth motion.

Strategic expertise and relevant connections

Experience, networks and perspective that help the next stage move faster.

These are proposed areas of contribution, not approved funding allocations or achieved milestones.

Why I’m building Factoyer

Lamija Karic — Founder and first user

I was tired of paperwork, endless spreadsheets and checking different places just to understand what needed paying — and when. Even with everything written down, a deadline could still slip through.

I started building Factoyer because I wanted something better for myself: a practical way to organise bills, documents and the responsibilities we share at home.

As its founder and first user, I bring my own everyday frustrations into the product. I believe I’m not the only person who wants fewer things to chase and a clearer view of what needs attention.

That’s what I want Factoyer to deliver: useful software that makes everyday life easier.

Less paperwork. Less chasing. More room for life.

Let's explore what we could build together.
